Cambiel consultants work with the client either to carry out Benefits Management or to transfer skills at any stage in the Programme lifecycle. Each portfolio, programme or project will be different. Ideally, the client will engage with us at the concept stage but we will often begin involvement at a later stage. Typically, and according to the stage in the programme, this will involve four or five stages:

Foremost, the vision and objectives are identified and clarified and ownership by key/senior stakeholders is established.
Once a Blueprint is in place the benefits are fixed as positive outcomes and the full stakeholder group is engaged with the process, scenarios are modeled – identifying risks and issues. Gateways and measures are proposed.
The Realisation Plan is initiated and documented - centered around benefits profiles. Formal Change and Performance management processes are put in place.
The plan is implemented, tracked and monitored with appropriate review and adjustments.
The programme or project moves to fulfillment and embedded into the organisation as business as usual.
The overall process is subject to a defined system of Governance and Performance Management.
